Hershey Trust agrees to changes amid allegations of corruption

Eric DuVall HERSHEY, Pa., July 23 (UPI) -- Hershey Trust Co. has agreed with the Pennsylvania attorney general's office to make governance reforms in the wake of a failed $23 billion takeover attempt.
