Statoil starts drilling work above Arctic Circle

Daniel J. Graeber STAVANGER, Norway, Aug. 9 (UPI) -- Norwegian energy company Statoil said it started drilling operations at a field above the Arctic Circle to prepare to rebuild area natural gas stocks.
