JACKSON, Miss. - Aug. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- The District Land Development Company, LLC and InterMountain Management are pleased to announce a new 95-room Residence Inn by Marriott in Jackson, Mississippi. The business-class extended-stay hotel is located between Jackson's historic Eastover and Fondren neighborhoods, and adjacent to the I-55 corridor and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. The hotel is a joint venture between The District Land Development Company, the master developer of The District at Eastover, and InterMountain Management of Monroe, Louisiana. The Residence Inn will be part of a 21-acre urban district that will offer carefully curated restaurants, boutique shopping, thoughtfully planned office space, and luxury loft living opportunities. The Residence Inn will be the first select-service hotel opening by The District Land Development Company and the third hotel for InterMountain Management in the area.
