Harley-Davidson agrees to $15 million settlement with EPA

Harley-Davidson Inc. has agreed to pay $15 million to settle a complaint that the company manufactured and sold devices that increased motorcycles’ emissions of hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides to levels in excess of federal clean air standards.
