Tesla wins U.S. antitrust approval to buy SolarCity

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Tesla Motors Inc has won U.S. antitrust approval to buy solar panel installer SolarCity Corp , moving closer to its goal of creating a carbon-free energy and transportation company.
