Stocks are heading higher this morning as investors reconsider whether the Fed will really hike rates as early as September, a possibility mooted by Stanley Fischer following Janet Yellen's Jackson Hole speech on Friday . The S&P 500 has risen 0.4% to 2,177.15 at 9:59 a.m. today, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average has gained 77.56 points, or 0.4%, to 18,472.96. The Nasdaq Composite has advanced 0.3% to 5,231.94.
