Seattle nail polish company to pay $3M in AG lawsuit over deceptive business practices

Seattle-based Julep Beauty has settled the lawsuit which alleged it used deceptive marketing tactics to lure consumers into signing up for recurring product delivery and making it very difficult to cancel subscriptions.
