Venezuelan company Polar says food production down 30%

Andrew V. Pestano CARACAS, Venezuela, Sept. 12 (UPI) -- Venezuela company Empresas Polar announced its production of food has fallen 30 percent so far this year because of a shortage of corn, wheat and rice.
