In trading on Tuesday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 5.1%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Ryerson Holding Corporation (RYI), off about 10% and shares of Mechel (MTL) down about 9.6% on the day.
