21 states suing Obama administration to fight forthcoming overtime pay rule

Doug G. Ware TYLER, Texas, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- Nearly two dozen states sued the federal government Tuesday, claiming a new rule offering overtime pay to workers making up to $47,476 a year, is unlawful.
