Larsen and Toubro signs $99 million Vietnamese ship deal

Geoff Ziezulewicz MUMBAI, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Larsen and Toubro has signed a $99 million contract with the Vietnam Border Guard for high speed patrol vessels, the Indian company announced Thursday.
