Coast Guard orders new cutter

Richard Tomkins WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- The U.S. Coast Guard has contracted Florida's Eastern Shipbuilding Group to build a lead Offshore Patrol Cutter, with as many as eight more to follow.
