Viacom & CBS: Here Comes the Merger?

This past weekend, Barron's Jack Hough predicted that Viacom ( VIA.B ) and CBS ( CBS ) could merge. Lo and behold, Sumner Redstone's National Amusement s, which has the controlling stake in both companies, is reported to be ready to call for just such a merger.
