Whole Foods, Starbucks take a chance in one of Chicago’s poorest neighborhoods

A long-anticipated Whole Foods opened in Chicago’s underserved Englewood neighborhood Wednesday, while a new Starbucks started brewing pumpkin-spice lattes a few doors down.
