Hurricane Matthew Targets Jamaica, Guantanamo

Hurricane Matthew weakened slightly overnight, but remains a powerful category 4 storm in the southern Caribbean Sea with sustained winds of 155 mph, the National Hurricane Center said in a morning update Saturday.
