BOCA RATON, Fla. - Oct. 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Lang Realty's Pat Roseboom, a longtime supporter of the Alzheimer's Association, organized two teams to participate in the 2016 Walk to End Alzheimer's at Mizner Park in Boca Raton on Sunday, September 25. More than $5,000 was raised through donations and pledges through both teams, The Pearl Antonacci Group of Lang Realty team and Boca Women's Executive Club.
"This charity does so much in our community to help find a cure for this terrible disease and support family members and friends who become caretakers," said Roseboom, an agent specializing in buyers for The Pearl Antonacci Group of Lang Realty. "It was great to see many Lang agents, members of the Boca Women's Executive Club, clients and friends come out to support this cause."

All funds raised through the Walk to End Alzheimer's further the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.
