In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Metals and Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), up about 7.7% and shares of Hecla Mining (HL), up about 5.9% on the day.
