DARPA hands over Space Surveillance Telescope to U.S. Air Force

Geoff Ziezulewicz WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 (UPI) -- The U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency handed the Space Surveillance Telescope over to the U.S. Air Force during a ceremony Tuesday.
