Carrizo Oil & Gas Announces Public Offering Of Common Stock

Carrizo Oil & Gas, Inc. announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock. Carrizo has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares.
