Snap election in U.K. next year? Don’t rule it out, bankers and bookies say

Deutsche Bank is now calling a general election next year its “base case scenario”, while bookmakers have shortened their odds for a 2017 vote. That would be three years earlier than 2020, when the vote is currently scheduled for.
