​Turbulence between pilots, Southwest Airlines management persists despite contract

Agreement on pilots’ contracts is a step in the right direction, but operational problems, severe IT challenges, scheduling snafus, and poor morale continue to be issues for Southwest Airlines, the pilots’ union president says.
