Shares of 3M ( MMM ) have fallen 1.2% in recent market action, making it the day’s biggest decliner among the components of the Dow Jones Industrial Average . Blame it on Goldman Sachs . Analyst Joe Ritchie turned bearish on the industrial conglomerate, downgrading the stock to a sell from a neutral amid concerns over weakness in its energy and electronics businesses, and the impact of its large exposure to consumer markets.
