In trading on Tuesday, non-precious metals & non-metallic mining shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 3.1%. Leading the group were shares of Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), up about 8.4% and shares of United States Steel (X) up about 6.6% on the day.
