U.S. Air Force finalizing C-17 drag reduction tests

Ryan Maass EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif., Nov. 30 (UPI) -- The U.S. Air Force is nearing the completion of its drag reduction tests for the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft.
