Congress passes BOTS law to crack down on predatory ticket scalping

Doug G. Ware WASHINGTON, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- Congress has passed legislation intended to eliminate the practice of excess ticket scalping that hikes prices for sporting events and theater shows.
