Seven countries targeted by EU for inaction against Volkswagen

Stephen Feller BRUSSELS, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- The EU took legal action against 7 countries, including Britain, because they have not penalized Volkswagen for hiding true emissions levels in their vehicles.
