Vapor Products Maker CloudPenz Launches Modernized eCommerce Site

​​CloudPenz, the award-winning maker and distributor of vaporizers, is launching their brand new eCommerce website.  Loyal customers and fans of the CloudPenz brand will be able to order new products as well as all necessary replacement parts and accessories. The site gives users interactivity and more information than most other online sellers of such products. Product descriptions are deeper, yet more easily readable.

CloudPenz was founded in Orange County in 2006 by Brett Albanese as part of Kali Culture Solutions.  The line of sleek and discreet vaporizer pens became wildly popular in recent years among smokers everywhere. 

"We're very excited for the launch of the new site.  We remember when we first launched on a WordPress platform, so we've come quite a long way with some of the epic features we have available," said Albanese. "Paired with our expedited shipping options and great customer service, it's an awesome customer experience."

The newly-launched website comes just in time for the start of 2017, with enhanced encryption security features for shoppers and an easily navigable, user-friendly experience.  Once there, customers can register their products as well as find local retailers for their favorite pens and supplies.   

The new website also features a warranty portal in which product owners can submit claims directly online by filling out simple forms and submitting pictures of their product(s).  The site will also help retailers around the country fulfill their wholesale orders in a seamless process.

The Paragon vaporizer, which was awarded with the 'best vaporizer' title in 2016 by High Times, is featured prominently on the new site, and is available in multiple editions.  Special-designed versions of their vaporizers include the limited edition Chris Dyer Paragon model, who designed the exterior with his signature touch of street-style and visionary art.  

Paragon is the first-ever vaporizer with a no-goo jar as well as an air-flow adjuster.  The line of CloudPenz products have been featured in numerous industry publications and have won multiple awards.

Also partnering with CloudPenz on merchandise design is the popular So Cal-based band,  Ocean Beach's Slightly Stoopid, who are collaborating with the company on design of special editions of the Cloud Pen line.  The company also has a strong presence and partnership in the annual Chalice California music, glass, hash and art festival in San Bernardino County.  The company's presence at trade festivals normally generate positive reception and new loyal customers.
