Tesla: The Bull is Back in Town

Remember when Morgan Stanley's Adam Jonas downgraded Tesla Motors ( TSLA )? That was back in June, when Tesla had made its offer to buy Solar City , and while other analysts were also downgrading the stock , Jonas' decision to lower Tesla to Equal Weight from Overweight seemed significant because he'd been so bullish on its shares.
