Littleton’s Economic Development department will be hosting a special seminar for Littleton restaurant owners and managers whose ultimate goal is to see more profitability in their restaurant(s) and gain more knowledge on their restaurant finances as a whole.  On Thursday February 23, 2017 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. restaurant industry experts, Dan Jacobs and Cat Reeves, will address the methodology behind the balancing act of determining what’s good for your guest, your team and your bottom line.  The seminar will be held in the Community Room at the Littleton City Center where restaurant owners and managers will learn the litmus test that focuses every business decision towards profit, understanding emerging guest trends, best practices in purchase management, team member training and vendor partnerships.
