Liberty Bancorp, Inc. Declares Special Cash Dividend

Liberty Bancorp, Inc. (OTC: LBCP) On February 15, 2017, the Board of Directors of Liberty Bancorp, Inc. declared a special cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding common stock. The cash dividend of $.25 per common share will be payable on March 22, 2017 to the stockholders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2017.
