Rockhill Announces Settlement with Jorgensen & Company

The Rockhill Insurance Group, a member of the State Auto Insurance Group, today announced its amicable settlement with Jorgensen & Company over that agency’s lawsuit for copyright infringement relating to the CPA ProSecure accountants’ professional liability insurance program launched in July 2015. Rockhill previously issued a notice of termination to the program administrator of the CPA ProSecure program stating that it would no longer underwrite the CPA ProSecure program after the termination date.
