Weatherford International (NYSE: WFT) named Halliburton Co. (NYSE: HAL) chief financial officer Mark McCollum to the position of president and chief executive officer. Shares of Weatherford International rose 74 cents to close at $6.63 while Halliburton stock lost 83 cents to close at $52.97.
