Toshiba urged to make a decision on potential Westinghouse bankruptcy

Japan’s deputy prime minister said Friday that Toshiba Corp. should decide swiftly whether its U.S. nuclear subsidiary will seek protection under U.S. bankruptcy laws, one of the most explicit references so far to a bankruptcy filing.
