Republicans tweak Obamacare bill as Trump moves to promote overhaul

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Congressional Republicans on Monday recrafted their Obamacare replacement bill in hopes of satisfying critics as U.S. President Donald Trump prepared to promote his first major legislative initiative on Capitol Hill.
