Sears Tells Us What Many Already Knew. Here are Winners and Losers

Last night, Sears ( SHLD ) released its 10-K , and in it the company's management used words guaranteed to freak out investors: "Going concern." What's a going concern? Wikipedia defines it as " a business that functions without the threat of liquidation for the foreseeable future, usually regarded as at least within 12 months." But in its 10-K, sears wrote:
