Trail Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation Announces New Ownership

Trinity Healthcare, LLC (“Trinity Healthcare”) is pleased to announce that an affiliate has taken over the operations of Trail Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation effective April 1, 2017. Trinity Healthcare is a Fort Worth, Texas based company specializing in the operation and management of skilled nursing facilities in the Texas market. 

According to Ryan Harrington, President & CEO of Trinity Healthcare, he sees an excellent opportunity to continue providing the best care for the residents and working with great staff at the facility. “Trail Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation puts their residents first and truly cares about their needs and well-being. The staff are genuine and compassionately care about their residents. The facility also places high value on their employees and retains the best. We look forward to continue providing exceptional care for the residents and placing the highest value on them as well as the staff. We are also happy about operating a facility in Fort Worth where our corporate office is headquartered. It will allow us to be completely hands-on through the transition process and allow us to make dramatic improvements to better the staff and the care and attention in which residents receive.”

While there will be some immediate improvements and modifications to the facility, residents will continue to see the same friendly, familiar faces providing personalized care. The goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible for residents and their families. The priority here is to improve morale and retain the best staff which in turn improves the quality of life for residents. Ladelia Cole, the facility’s Administrator, confirmed the staff’s excitement. “The new owners are an experienced healthcare provider and that benefits us greatly. Their experience will allow us to provide the best care for our residents and be even better employers. It is also nice to have them at an arm’s reach being based in Fort Worth.
