Kham then worked at ORB Architects and Skyline Properties Inc. as a broker, before eventually opening her own branch, Beits LLC-Seattle King County Home in 2009 with McAuley Real Estate.

With over 10 years dedicated to real estate, Ms. Beitlers brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry, and, in particular, to her areas of expertise, foreclosure, relocation, architecture, and green design. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Ms. Beitlers said:

"I majored in Architectural Studies at the University of Washington. When I graduated in 2005, I started helping developers design townhomes. The design-build team encouraged me to get my license in order to sell those properties, and during that process is when I realized I really enjoyed that side of real estate."

As a thought-leader in her field, Ms. Beitlers operates her business upon a foundation of honesty, integrity, and faith, displaying loyalty and good character while striving to exceed her client's needs. With a background in architecture, interior design, and numerous real estate certifications, Ms. Beitlers offers clients the full package when it comes to their residential real estate needs. Locally referred to as the “green scarf realtor”, she specializes in best practices in green design:

"I have a Green designation, and LEED AP, which is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. So, that is my niche, to advise clients on the newest advances in sustainable living, sustainable materials, and what they can do to make their home a healthier place to live, both for themselves and for the planet."

In addition to her vibrant real estate career, Ms. Beitlers is an active member of her community. She recognizes the importance of good advice, especially early in life, and offers mentorship services to local scholarship recipients. When she’s not working, Kham enjoys traveling and meeting people all over the world, hiking, camping, and enjoying time spent with her family.
