NY State Supreme Court Freezes Assets of Vine Talk and Bruce Marcus for Default on Debt Repayment Plan

New York, New York - April 25, 2017 - (Newswire.com)

Jeffrey M. Gold, agent for lender, reports a restraining notice was issued on August 23, 2016 to enforce a judgment (docket # 651111/16) of approximately $173,000 entered in the Supreme Court of the State of New York against Vine Talk and Bruce Marcus, freezing their assets until they fulfill a repayment plan and satisfy the $173,000 judgment now owed, the lender said today.

The unpaid amount, which includes accrued interest, was for a loan to finance production of a second season of a televised wine and food show to be aired on PBS.  Vine Talk and Bruce Marcus entered into a repayment settlement last June but continue to be in complete default since February 2016.

Bruce Marcus is the president and producer of the Vine Talk series. He is also the executive producer of Jersey Wooly Productions, CEO and executive producer of Laurentina Media and a director of The Harvard Business School Club of New York.

The lender’s agent stated that legal collection efforts continue.
