Delphi Academy of Boston's 37th Hike/Bike-a-Thon This Saturday, May 6th

Delphi Academy of Boston's 37th annual Hike/Bike-a-Thon is taking place this Saturday, May 6th.

MILTON, MA, May 03, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- For the 37th year, the Delphi Academy of Boston's annual hike/bike-a-thon fundraiser is coming to the Milton area. All students and alumni are called to support the school's ongoing expansion goals on May 6th from 10:30am to 2:30pm. The event is taking place in North Easton at the Borderland State Park. Proceeds from fundraisers like this make it possible for the Delphi Academy to create an even better educational experience for students.

Not only a fundraiser for the school, the Bike/Hike-a-Thon also serves as a family picnic day. The children will take sponsored hikes or ride bikes, and afterwards get to enjoy the company of friends and family over lunch. This year's fundraising goal is $30,000. The funds raised will provide the resources necessary for expanding the school's classrooms and making improvements to the school's physical plant. Delphi Academy of Boston is a non-profit 501(c)3, and donations made to the school through this fundraiser are tax-deductible. Donations can be made online through CrowdRise.

Delphi Academy of Boston is an independent, coeducational, nonsectarian day school offering a preschool through eighth grade program. The school's academics focus on providing students with a solid grounding in the basics, a rich and challenging hands-on curriculum, and the ability to study purposefully and independently. Children may enroll as early as two years and nine months in the preschool program. See what parents have to say about Delphi Boston on the school's Google page.
