LONDON/PARIS/FRANKFURT, May 16 (Reuters) - French carmakers PSA and Renault are turning their U.S. absence into an Iranian advantage by piling into a resurgent market still off-limits to foreign rivals fearful of sanctions under Donald Trump's administration.
