"I was always very advanced for my age and wanted to know what I was going to do with my life. So when I was admitted into Rutgers University, I knew that I wanted to do something in the realm of managing and training people. I had a friend at the time whose dad was a REALTOR®, and he inspired her to take a real estate class after we graduated from high school. All of the interest I had in the business started resurfacing then. I got my license during my freshman year in college. It started from there and it snowballed very, very quickly."

As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Kreitz has an edge on keeping abreast of prevailing trends within the Cranford real estate market. Recently, he has noted an empty-nest syndrome among parents of the current graduating class:

"I've seen a big trend from the parents who bought in ‘95, ’96, or ‘97 who are paying the highest taxes in town. So now, a lot of them are selling their homes and downsizing or retiring down the shore."
