U.S. Bancorp Releases 2017 Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test Results

U.S. Bancorp (NYSE: USB) (“the Company”) today disclosed the results of its company-run Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (“DFAST”) conducted in accordance with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

DFAST results for U.S. Bancorp’s primary banking subsidiary, U.S. Bank National Association, are also available on the Company’s website.

The Company’s DFAST results may differ from those calculated and published by the Federal Reserve due to differences in models, methodologies and assumptions, among other things.
