EPA seeks to lift restrictions against Alaska mine

The Environmental Protection Agency said Tuesday it is moving to withdraw proposed restrictions on the development of the Pebble Mine in Alaska, owned by Vancouver-based Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd.
