Tesla adds a Murdoch and a Johnson on board to balance out the Musks

Faced with criticism that Tesla Inc.'s board of directors was too closely aligned with founder and CEO Elon Musk, the company Tuesday announced the addition of two names — James Murdoch and Linda Johnson Rice.
