Beacon Partners sells more industrial properties for $72.5M

Beacon recently closed on its $72.5 million sale of a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial portfolio with buildings in Concord; Whitsett; Greer, S.C.; and Duncan, S.C. New York-based Gramercy Property Trust acquired the buildings.
