Linn Energy subsidiary changes name, building gas plant in SCOOP/STACK area

The news comes shortly after Linn Energy and Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Citizen Energy II LLC agreed to form a joint venture called Roan Resources LLC, which will focus on development in the SCOOP/STACK/Merge play.
