Insurer steps into void from Blue KC's departure from marketplace

An insurer announced Friday that next year it will begin selling health plans to 25 Western Missouri counties that previously had been left without any health insurers offering individual market plans after Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City's departure.
