Dallas' Rockstreet Partners snaps up Arlington shopping center in off-market deal

Dallas-based Rockstreet Partners in a joint venture with Austin-based Cielo Property Group has acquired the Arlington shopping center in an off-market deal following the grocery anchor'd departure.
