Laham envisions promenade, state-of-the-art convention facility in Century II area

Wichita developer George Laham envisions a Douglas Avenue promenade with a meandering row of shops and restaurants buffered from traffic by gardens and fountains from Main Street to the river, including a prominent entrance into a state of the art Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center.
