P&G expects proxy battle to cost $35 million

Procter & Gamble expects the proxy battle with activist investor Nelson Peltz to cost the company $35 million, and another $25 million reportedly will be spent on the effort by Trian Fund Management to try to win Peltz a seat on P&G’s board.
